Resilient flooring that offers the performance and durability needed for today’s high-traffic applications. A balanced collection of visuals in wood and natural materials that can be transformed into countless designs – achieving remarkable realism by combining the latest advances in technology, imaging, texturing and finishing. All to create easy installation, design flexibility and the most authentic resilient products ever developed. Even more importantly, it contains increasingly high percentages of recycled content, because we have invested heavily in the creation of technologically advanced, innovative takeback programs. Vinyl is a material that many manufacturers will not touch or even talk about, but the simple truth is that vinyl can be recycled forever, and there is no better way to dispose of it than by recycling it into new products.
Floorte™ uses high-definition printing for a hardwood or tile look that is highly authentic. Its FOLD N GO™ locking system is precision-engineered for an easy installation. Floorté™ floors are also strong, durable, flexible—concealing imperfections of the floor beneath—and waterproof, making Floorté™ a great flooring option on and below ground level.
Resilient flooring - also known as 'vinyl' or 'sheet vinyl' - has been around for decades and is still one of the most popular types of flooring around. It's made using a printing process known as 'rotogravure', which prints a pattern on the flooring substrate via an engraved cylinder.
Today's resilient flooring is manufactured much in the same way it always has been, yet the styles and technologies have evolved with the times. Resilient flooring uses ultra-low VOC, water based inks (VOC's are "volatile organic compounds", which can be detrimental to indoor air quality).
